Pretty normal hotel wasn’t the cleanest but decent be aware of daily parking fee over 20$. Checkin was easy and when items were requested to the room they delivered to the room shortly after. All in all I would stay again if needed

The hotel is in a good location, the service is good, it is convenient to go anywhere, living on a high floor, you can see the beautiful scenery of the whole city from a distance, the hotel is cost-effective, and the experience is good

Very nice room with 'living room'. We picked this hotel because it was a bit less expensive than other downtown area hotels. That may have been because it is the furthest hotel from the center of downtown. If you dont mind a 10 minute walk to there, or getting in your car, this is a fine place to stay. Easy park and walk into the lobby.

The hotel was run exceptionally well from the front door to your room. Everything was managed professionally if there was an issue was handled immediately with a smile. The manager was always available and at your convenience my family and I eat at the restaurant four times and never got tired of it. You have a wonderful establishment. We used to stay at the Doubletree down the street for the past three years . However, after this year, we’ve already booked our vacation for next year I couldn’t recommend your place any higher professionally run staff everybody very friendly. Keep up the excellent work five star review.

The hotel experience on the whole was great, but Lisa from the restaurant made the trip amazing! She was so kind and we loved chatting with her. She made sure we were well taken care of! If you run into Lisa here, you’ll have a great experience.
